Ultraviolet ozone detectors are typically used to measure the outlet concentration and exhaust gas concentration of ozone generators, as well as to monitor the ozone concentration in the environment. The principle it adopts is based on Lambert-Beer's law. By measuring the change in light signal intensity before and after ozone absorbs ultraviolet light, the current ozone concentration value can be calculated.
