3S-J1000 Dissolved Ozone in Water Concentration Monitor
Subtitle: For concentration analysis and measurement of dissolved ozone water in pure water and semiconductor industries
The Tonglin 3S-J1000 dissolved ozone water concentration monitor adopts the ultraviolet photometric method to directly detect ozone content in ultrapure water or water with constant turbidity. Its customized model 3S-J1000-F is applicable to ozone-containing aqueous solution with 20% hydrofluoric acid. Wetted parts in contact with ozone water consist of PTFE, FFPM, PFA and quartz.
Equipped with water inlet and outlet ports as well as a touchscreen operating panel, the 3S-J1000 dissolved ozone monitor is fitted with 4-20mA analog output and RS-485 communication wiring for direct connection to PLC systems. Real-time data acquisition, curve plotting and data export can be realized via RS-485 connection to a personal computer.
Measuring Principle:Dual-beam UV absorption spectrometry, applied for concentration analysis and detection of dissolved ozone in pure water and semiconductor process water.
